I'm Steve the Bread Guy from the YouTube videos. On this website, you can find all my videos that show how to make great bread in your kitchen. All you need to do is have the same ingredients, and then just follow along as I take you through each step, from start to finish. No bread machines! Like many of you, I have a day job, so many of these recipes are designed so you can make them after work. My kids often go to school with bread I have made the night before.
